TEAR DOWN THE HOUSE

The entire home is being torn down to make way for new construction, which means nearly everything—inside and out—is available to purchase and remove.

We will have access to the property beginning September 8th. This is a beautifully renovated lakeside home, with major updates completed just a few years ago—newer HVAC, windows, sliding doors, screens, flooring, and more throughout.

This sale will be by appointment only, with select appointment times available over a two-week period. Buyers are welcome to schedule an initial viewing on the 8th or 9th between 12:00PM and 6:00PM, then return at a later date for removal.

Because items will be removed from the home itself, all participants will be required to sign a liability waiver, and we are asking that only those with experience—contractors, remodelers, or individuals familiar with safe removal practices—attend. As materials are taken out, areas of the home may become unstable or hazardous, so safety and experience are essential.

Pricing will be set to make it well worth your time—items will be offered at excellent values, especially considering the quality of the home and materials. Since buyers are responsible for their own removal and labor, pricing reflects that added effort, ensuring great opportunities for remodelers, contractors, and homeowners alike.

Almost everything is available—including interior fixtures, railing, porch boards, plants, river rock, and more. Only a few select areas will be excluded from the sale.
