Please note that this is a gated estate. There will be someone stationed at the entrance to assist with instructions. Please do not come down driveway unless you are picking up items from the sale. It is a short walk, and we will have a golf cart shuttle available to assist you up and down the driveway. A sign-up sheet will be placed outside of gate one hour prior to sale start time on each day.

Terms of Tag Sale:

1. Accepted forms of payment are cash, approved check, and credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee applied to purchase.
2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. A sign-up sheet will be placed outside front door one hour prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.
11. A 7% sales tax will apply to all purchases unless you present a sales tax exemption form.

Estate tag sale in Trinity, N.C. to be conducted on Friday September 5th, 2025, from 10:00am-3:00pm and Saturday September 6th from 9:00am-2:00pm. Sale address is 4725 Hearthside Dr. Trinity, N.C. 27370. A sign-up sheet will be posted outside gate one hour prior to sale start time on each day. Sale will feature fine furniture, some antiques, collectibles, paddle boat, canoe, home decor, household, kitchenware, outdoor items, yard decor, some tools, yard items and more. Please see photo captions for details. Please note that this is a gated estate. All items have been moved and staged to the garage and building areas. There will be someone stationed at the gate to assist you. It is a short walk up the driveway and we will also have a golf cart available to assist you.
