There will be 8 lots closing every 3 minutes.

All lots will remain open for bidding so long as bids are received prior to the scheduled ending time. If a bid is received in this time frame, the bidding on that lot is extended for 1 additional minute. This can repeat numerous times No contingencies are offered or acceptable regarding the purchase of any item in this auction. Any qualified bidder may bid on the merchandise in this auction including the auctioneer, agents, and staff.
Purchases must be picked up during the advertised pick up hours. Failure to pick up on time will result in your credit card being charged at the end of pick up hours. You may also incur up to a $25.00 reschedule fee if auctioneer is required to make a special trip to the auction site.
The purchaser is responsible for the merchandise once the auction ends, including packing and loading at the pickup site. Bring any equipment you may need and or help to assist in moving, packing and loading.

The individual who appears as the registered bidder will be responsible for any and all purchases made on his/her registration (bid number) A 14% buyer premium will be added to the winning bid on each item to determine the contract price. 3% discount for CASH payment. 7% North Carolina Sales and Use Tax will be added to the contract price unless a signed hard copy of an exemption certificate is on file with the auctioneer.
Any and all legal issues that might stem from this or any of our auctions will be handled locally in Rockingham County N.C.
