Shipping, handling, and insurance (if requested) will be handled by our shippers at Pak-mail in Fremont. You will receive an emailed invoice from the auction house generally within 48 hours of the auction's conclusion.

Items are sold 'AS IS, and 'WHERE IS' with no guarantees of any kind.

Bidders who bid from off-site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. The Auction Company shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it.

Auction Company will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.

Auction Company is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly on the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Auction Company or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Auction Company will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Auction Company reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. The Auction Company reserves the right to forfeit items after 30 days if no contact is made.

Winning bidders are responsible for all shipping, handling, and insurance charges. All packing and Shipping will be done by Pak-Mail in Fremont, Nebraska. They will call you (402-727-7440) and ask for payment. If you have questions about how much shipping will be on an item please contact them. Shipping from pak-mail may take a week to a few weeks, please remember this isn't Amazon. Please note, that the more items you buy generally makes your shipping charges more reasonable.
