We accept cash, check, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Visa, Mastercard and Discover card. Please bring your own help to move/load large and heavy items. Additionally, we kindly request that you refrain from parking in front of mailboxes or blocking driveways in the vicinity. We appreciate your continued cooperation.
Bids can be placed on items over $100.00. Bids will be accepted until 4:00 pm CST on Saturday, May 24th. Once bidding ends, all bidders will be contacted. If there are more than one bidder, an auction over the phone will take place.
If you are out of town, shipping is available (added to your bill).
Initial bids will be 50% of the full asking price of any item over $100.00. Throughout the remainder of the sale, higher bids will be accepted to increase the sale price up to the original asking price.
All items under $100.00 will be half-price beginning Saturday.

Art selections of acrylics, lithographs, oils, pastels or serigraphs enhance this home's environs.
Presentations by Fran Larsen, Kristin Pluhacek, Joyce Lieberman, Issa Shojaei, Itzchak Tarkay, Smadar Livne, Jianghua Su are a few of many artists.
Sculptures of crystal, Lucite, and steel add a visual excitement to the mix. Look for works by Christopher Royal, Sondra Gerber, Shlomi Haziza, Curtis Jere, Karen Kaisler.
Lest we forget there is an absolutely gorgeous Young Chang baby grand piano waiting for the next Horowitz or Yuja Wang discovered in your family. Nothing encourages budding pianists more than the sight of a beautiful work of art like this Young Chang model. Classical, Blues, Folk, Jazz, Rock: this baby grand can handle it all.
Naturally there also are decorator items, fine china and crystal, linens, miscellaneous kitchenware, partyware and everyday goods. A paneled library has a fair collection of books and L.P. albums. There are no tools, no gardening nor any garage items at this sale. Sorry green thumbs!
Please note that, per the homeowner's request, we kindly ask that you plan to wear the provided shoe coverings or your socks while inside the home.
Because of the holiday weekend we begin this sale on Thursday, May 22nd through Saturday, May 24th, 2025. Our hours will be 10am to 4pm Thursday & Friday; 10am to 5pm Saturday. Bidding closes at 4pm Saturday. We are looking forward to seeing all of you!
