These items come from a luxury apartment on the seacoast and have items that span many generations of family from the area. The collection includes original fine art, co!ns(gold, Morgans, old colonial, foreign, etc), jewelry, watches, ephemera, railroad items, collectibles, antiques, barn finds, sterling silver, and much more. Shipping is available on most items and the 1st line of each items description will tell you if it can be shipped or not.
 This is an online only auction. No phone, text, or email bids can be accepted. Bids cannot be changed or cancelled for any reason as we do not have the capability.
Before bidding look at ALL the pictures of each item, read and understand the terms and make sure your credit card and address on file are correct. If you have questions, please look at all pictures of the item of interest and read the entirely of this section first, as your answer may be there already. Please do not text the 833 number. This auction is pickup in Alton NH Sunday June 29th from 12PM-6pm. THERE ARE NO OTHER PICKUP TIMES, and we cannot store or hold your items. We have more and more customers "we know" every day and we unfortunately do not have the space to store auction wins for everyone that asks at this point. e appreciate all of our friends and business associates, but we just do not have the space to store 20 items per auction for weeks and weeks until it is convenient to pickup. Items not picked up that cannot be shipped will be forfeit without refund. Not all items can be shipped. The item description will say in the 1st line if the item can be shipped or not. Please make sure your credit card on file with Auctioninja is valid and can be charged for your order, and shipping if requested. Orders over $500 will require signature and could require additional ID verification to prevent issues. Please make sure your contact phone number is up to date.
You are welcome to send someone else to pickup for you provided they have a copy of your invoice and you let us know ahead of time. Bring a printed copy of your invoice to the pickup to checkoff items and confirm your order or at least a valid ID as we cannot release items without ID matching winning bidder or invoice copy. We will require identity verification on both parties for large orders to prevent issues.
Items cannot be shipped to any address other than the address listed in your auctioninja account. Please check to make sure this is correct BEFORE you bid! Items that qualify will be sent out in the days after the pickup with all items being sent by July 1st. Any items shipped are sent insured and tracked without exception. Shipping charges are $5 handling fee per lot to cover boxes, time, and packing, PLUS the cost of postage for priority flat rate box (if size allows) and shipping insurance coverage. We will combine non-breakable items where possible, but expect to pay $5 handling per item. We do not have the ability to provide shipping quotes as we have no idea on the final price and cost of insurance. Flat rate boxes range from $11-23. No items will be shipped without insurance. Confirmation of order and identity verification may be required before shipping iorders over $500. Please make sure your contact phone number us up to date. If we call it will come from a 508 area code. If you win items and your card cannot be charged for shipping your items will be considered forfeit without refund. We cannot drop items off at 3rd party shipping places and will not be able to store your items for later pickup. We ship requested items in house.
PAYMENT and TERMS: Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and will be charged to your credit card on file immediately following the auction close. Please be sure to have a valid card on file. We want to ship all items asap. An auction is a contract and items won and not paid for will result in cancellation of your bidding privileges on all Auctioninja and related sites. Your account will be sent to collections and attached to your credit report as well. All sales are final, no credits or returns. All items are SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. Please refer to photos to show exact condition of items and ask any questions before bidding as they cannot be canceled. We will do our best to list any damage to an item, but the absence of these descriptions or conditions must not be taken to imply that the lot is in mint condition. You are purchasing used items and should expect signs of wear consistent with age. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for any reason.
All items will have multiple pictures. Please look at ALL pictures and read all terms before bidding. We cannot cancel or adjust bids once placed.
If you have not requested shipping, pickup will be Sunday June 29th from 12pm -6pm in Alton NH. Address will be sent to winning bidders. Any items not picked up Sunday the 29th or requested to be shipped by July 1, 2024 will be considered forfeit without refund. Please make sure your card is still valid for the shipping charge as it will be charged for that when we ship in the days after the close of auction.
