5. The Auctioneer Has the Final Say in Any Dispute Relating to the Auction & Has the Right to Refuse Bids He or She Deems Unacceptable.
6. Items Must Be Paid for In Full Within 3 Days of Auction. On file bidder credit cards will be charged immediately after an invoice has been sent.
7. We Accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, through the Live Auctioneers Live Pay system. We do not take credit cards over the phone. We also accept Cashiers/Bank Check and personal checks however we will hold your merchandise for up to 20 days for your check to clear the clearinghouse unless we know you. Bank Wire or Cash on Pickup also accepted. You will be auto charged as soon as invoices are sent through Live Auctioneers. Buyer agrees to pay the credit card processing fee. Please Note: payment for silver, gold, jewelry, and coins up to $2,000. must be made using LivePay. Any payment for silver, gold, jewelry and coins over $2,000. must be made via wire transfer, cash, or certified bank check ONLY. The only exception is established customers.
8. Please make arrangements to have your items shipped promptly. Any item left over 5 days without other arrangements, will be considered abandoned with no refund or recourse. See the shipping terms.
9. Other Terms May Apply.
10. There is no sales tax in New Hampshire. Please file your tax exempt certificate with Live Auctioneers if you wish to be tax exempt for other states.

Preview in person Thursday June 19 and Friday June 20 from 11am-2pm and Day of Auction from 3pm-6pm.
Please note there is no preview over the weekend.
Pick Up Tuesday June 24 through Friday June 27 from 10am-4pm. We use 3pall.com as out third party shipping partner. Once payment is received, we will drop off your item at their facility, (free of charge for the drop off if you pay immediately), and they will contact you by email with a quote for shipping. They will contact you directly from a 3pall.com email. Once your item is at the shipper, it is your responsibility to contact the shipper directly. We have no control over shipping once the items are dropped off. You may also use your own shipper if you prefer.
Shipping is available through 3pall.com or from any third party shipper of your choosing and is buyer's responsibility.
