The Estate sale is a home clean-out with all for sale as owners are moving west.
Please don’t hesitate to call with any questions.
This is a cash and carry sale. Large items are to be picked up on either day of the sale and must be paid in full. All collectible and fragile items are to be removed by purchaser. Bring help and transportation for the large furniture items. Bring boxes and wrapping materials you will need for fragile items.
We do not hand out numbers at the sale. A sign up sheet is utilized on site only. Once you sign up on the sheet, you do not need to remain on site until the start of the sale. Do not under any circumstances remove a sign up sheet or alter it in any way. If you are caught doing this you will not be allowed in the sale, no exceptions! Nobody will be allowed to utilize a sign up sheet until 5p.m. The day before the sale, no exceptions! We will provide the only sign up sheet that will be recognized for entry to the sale. That sign up sheet will be made available precisely at 5 PM the day before! No other sign-up sheets will be recognized.

All sales are final with absolutely no returns on merchandise. Please buy at your own risk and preview and inspect all items prior to purchasing.
