The address will be released at 9:00 am. Numbers will be given out at 9:05 am. The doors open at 10:00 am. If you want to know a general area where you should go to be close to the home, subscribe to our mailing list. Only subscribers will get an address nearby. Due to the large number of items and the need to safely manage a sale of this size, we allow only 50 people on the property at a time.
No Handbags, Purses, Fanny packs, or Book bags are allowed in this sale, no exception. Unfortunately, multiple people have placed items in these bags and tried leaving without paying. These are the rules. If you wish not to follow them, this sale is not for you. You can bring a reusable shopping bag that does not zip, snap, or button close, or you may bring a box. We reserve the right to check all reusable shopping bags and boxes upon exit.
Pre-sales are only authorized for furniture, vehicles, and the Matco Tool Box. They are sold as-is and must be picked up during the sale; they cannot be picked up before or after the sale. We do not allow private sales or tours before the sale unless you are a contractor and plan to purchase $1500 or more worth of equipment. To schedule a private tour of the contractor's equipment, we require a $500 non-refundable deposit in cash. The $500 ensures you aren't wasting our time and will be used towards your purchase of $1,500 or more. "What if I don't spend $500?" Ensure there is enough in the photos that you are interested in that equals 3x $500 to make it worth both of our time. If not, there's no refund, and you should wait until the sale date.
We do not guarantee the authenticity of any item. The price does not reflect the authenticity of any item. If you want to check any item's authenticity, we highly advise sending photos to someone who specializes in authenticity. All sales are as-is and final.
Cash, Card, and Venmo are accepted. A 3% fee is added for all card purchases.

This will be a three-day sale. We will only allow 50 people onto the property at a time. One customer will leave, and another will enter.
The sales structure will be as follows:
Day 1: No discounts - No bundling deals
Day 2: No discounts - No bunding deals
Day 3: 50% off most items
