Brick Collector Sale by Attic to the Basement

Thank you for your interest in our exceptional Brick Collector Sale. This event features an extensive array of remarkable collections, including Marano glass, Santa figurines, tools, sculptures, artwork, vintage toys, and Department 56 items.

On the first floor, you'll find a diverse selection of Lenox pieces, kitchenware, a Santa collection, Murano glass, bronze statues, sculptures, movie posters, wall art, electronics, furniture, TVs, and much more. The patio showcases stunning rattan furniture in excellent condition. Additionally, our garage is packed with tools, yard items, sails for sailboats, suitcases, and various other treasures. Don't miss the upstairs area, which is filled with furniture, men's clothing, women's hats, assorted handbags, and more!

Our prices are fantastic, and we encourage bundle purchases. As always, we are open to negotiations. The sale will commence at 9 AM on Saturday morning for early birds. You are welcome to create a list of items you're interested in, but please ensure you manage the list yourself. Attic to Basement cannot be held responsible for any alterations or removals of lists.

For your convenience, we offer a third-party delivery service for a fee. It is essential that you are home during your scheduled delivery time; failure to be present will result in no credit being issued and a second delivery will not be provided. Please ensure you collect all items purchased from the estate sale. Attic to Basement will not be responsible for any items left behind, nor will credit be given for them.

All items are sold as-is. If you leave with any items that are broken, chipped, or not functioning in any way, please be aware that returns for credit or refunds will not be accepted. Understand that we settle payments with the customer after each day of the sale, making it impossible for us to refund your money. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we look forward to seeing you at the sale!
