Massive Downsizing Sale in Browns Mills! So much good stuff!

IMPORTANT NOTICE: You cannot park on the street that the sale is on. There is no decent available parking on that street. You must park on a different nearby side street and walk. This home is at the end of a dead end street and only a one minute walk away from the side street. Please understand and be ready to walk a bit. 
NOTICE #2: The Owner has a cat. Keep this in mind if you prefer to purchase items from an animal free home. Thank you. 
NOTICE #3: Double check the photos. Owner pulled a few things back to keep. Chief among them is the stained glass Tiffany style lamp. I marked them sold. Solds will be greyed out photos at the bottom of photo list.

How we generally operate our sale: 

1. On the first day, a box of Number cards are set out early in the morning a few hours before the sale, at the front of the property. This is for orderly entry at the beginning of the sale. Grab a number and be there at 9am sharp for the opening of the sale. You can do whatever you like before the 9am entry. Go get coffee, hang out in your car.. but what you cannot do is park in front of the house or on that particular street for that matter. The only few spaces that are there must be reserved for the owner and large item pickups. We are providing some bags (while supplies last) at checkout to help with carrying items to the cars that you park off street. You are welcome to bring your own bags to help with this as well though you cannot shop with them inside. And you are of course personally responsible for parking legally on the other streets. 

2. We run both a tag sale and picker sale at the same time. If you see our white hanging tags or orange masking tape on an item, that is the price of that item. If the item has no listed price, it will most often be certainly inexpensive. Make a good pile of those items, you will get a deal at checkout.
