Stay put until CJ arrives.
If you LEAVE you FORFEIT your Spot.

No parking in the driveway.
Those spots are reserved for the Seller and/or loading/unloading purposes.

Don’t block driveways, mailboxes, or hydrants.

No presales, no early birds.

No need to bring your own bags or boxes. We recycle/repurpose/reuse.
