We will let people in as we feel fit, it's packed and space is limited....so be patient, be nice, and bear with us, there's plenty of cool stuff for everyone
Some items that have been photographed may be removed by the family prior to the sale...it's their stuff until you buy it and they have the right to keep anything they want
Please be respectful of the home and contents.....if you drop something...pick it up, if you make a mess....clean it up, if you break something....you bought it, if you steal something....you get arrested
Please be mindful when moving furniture or large items, if you scratch the walls or floor....you'll be fixing it
The LIST......to eliminate any list drama because there is ALWAYS drama regarding the list.....we will post a list at the house by Friday morning when the address drops. It will be the only list we will use and it will be photographed

Cool little estate sale in Cedar Grove with all vintage contents....it's like a small time warp. It's a little bit of an unusual arrangement as the house is under renovation on the main living level so mostly everything has been moved downstairs into the basement and garage....so call it an estate sale, call it a garage sale, call it a basement sale.....call it what you like, just come and buy some stuff. The house is sold and everything must go.....we will be priced to sell especially on the larger items like furniture so bring a van, bring some friends and a pile of cash and make it all go away. Some of the larger furniture is still upstairs so if you are seriously interested, I'll take you upstairs to see it......
There's a little bit of almost everything here....not a lot of anything but plenty of stuff to root around in. Some of the highlights are:
