Well, to all the fans of 810 South, I am sorry to say: the house is being sold to a family member. This will be the last sale days forever.
Everything in the house is for sale including the 1957 turquoise oven and stovetop in wonderful condition. The new owners did buy the two end tables in the room with the hanging rattan egg chair and the cedar trunk in the pink room. That's all.
No numbers given out. The house is spacious enough to hold many people.
No need to bring packing material or boxes.
Come to the back door.
