By registering to bid, you agree to all terms listed below. This Agreement applies to all auctions conducted by Sunrise Antiques & Auctioneers.

PLEASE NOTE: If you require firearms shipping, you are responsible for providing us a valid FFL license. You or your dealer must email the license to ffl@sunrise-antiques.com. We cannot request a license for you.

Firearms generally ship within two weeks provided we have a valid FFL to ship to. Please ensure that you or your FFL emails a current license to ffl@sunrise-antiques.com.

GENERAL TERMS
All items are sold "as is, where is" with no warranties or guarantees. No returns, refunds, or exchanges. Bidders are encouraged to preview items or contact Auctioneer with questions before bidding. Auctioneer guarantees only the make, model, caliber, and serial number of firearms. No guarantee is made regarding safety, functionality, or condition.

All descriptions are believed accurate but are not guaranteed. Auctioneer is not responsible for typographical errors, omissions, or listing discrepancies. Some descriptions may be generated or supplemented using automated tools or AI. Bidders must rely on their own inspection.

IDENTITY VERIFICATION REQUIREMENT
Sunrise Antiques may require any new bidder to verify identity before being approved to bid. Verification may include signing our PDF terms online, providing a valid driver's license, and completing online verification through Stripe.

Failure to complete verification may result in denial or revocation of bidding privileges.

PAYMENT
All lots must be paid in full within the required timeframe. Accepted payments for in-person pickup include cash, check, credit card, wire transfer, or Zelle. Online purchases may be paid by credit card, wire transfer, or Zelle only. A 20% buyer's premium applies.

Unpaid invoices after three business days will be charged to the card on file.
Firearms buyers receive two invoices: one from AuctionFlex for items purchased, and a second from Shipping Saint for firearms shipment. All non-firearm items are billed by the selected third-party shipper.

TAXES
All sales are subject to 6.625% NJ sales tax unless a valid exemption or resale certificate is provided.

FIREARM SALES AND TRANSFERS
All firearm sales must comply with federal and state laws. NJ does not accept C&R licenses. All handguns, long guns, black powder firearms, air guns, and antique firearms must transfer through an FFL dealer. Firearms will not ship directly to buyers under any circumstances.

For NJ FID holders: NICS checks will be completed December 2–5 from 10AM to 4PM. A scheduling link will be provided via Shipping Saint. NJ buyers must present NJ FID, driver's license, and required permits. A $50 NICS fee applies.

Firearms will not ship without a valid copy of the receiving FFL's license. Email licenses to ffl@sunrise-antiques.com.

AMMUNITION AND PROHIBITED ITEMS
Black powder firearms cannot be shipped. NJ handgun ammunition must be picked up in person with a valid NJ FID. Handgun and long gun ammunition shipped out-of-state must ship to an FFL for transfer.

SHIPPING AND PICKUP
Firearms are packed and shipped in-house via UPS only. Packing fees: $25 per long gun, $10 per handgun.

Non-firearm items must be shipped through a third-party shipper selected by the buyer. Auctioneer does not coordinate with shippers.

If you require shipping, you must coordinate with the above shipper by December 3, 2025, at 5PM. Items not coordinated by the deadline may be considered abandoned and forfeited without refund at the Auctioneer's discretion.

Pickup for non-firearm items: Sunday, November 30, 2025, from 10AM to 4PM. Items not picked up that do not require shipping by November 30, 2025, at 5PM, will be considered abandoned and forfeited without refund. All live / in-person bidders may pick up auction day. All online bidders Sunday November 30th.

VEHICLE TITLES
Titles are released only after full payment clears.

All lots are subject to error or omission. Auctioneer is not responsible for typographical errors, omissions, or listing discrepancies.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, Burlington County.
