If you subscribe after Wednesday, you will miss the information.

Due to the size of this home, we will limit the number of people in the house to 50 at a time.

No Handbags, Purses, Fanny packs, or Book bags are allowed in this sale, with no exceptions. Unfortunately, multiple people have placed items in these bags and attempted to leave without paying. These are the rules. If you wish not to follow them, this sale is not for you. You can bring a reusable shopping bag that does not zip, snap, or button close, or you may bring a box. We reserve the right to check all reusable shopping bags and boxes upon exit.

Pre-sales are only authorized for furniture. They are sold as-is and must be picked up during the sale; they cannot be picked up before or after the sale. We do not allow private sales or tours before the sale, unless you plan to buy all the contents. We require a $500 non-refundable deposit, which will be applied towards your entire estate sale purchase before we meet at the home.
