**You MUST Bring Help,  One or Two People to help you load your Items to your Vehicle and the Right Size Vehicle to fit your Items 
Please Do not park on the loading Dock -Street Parking Only !! )Enter by door next to the loading dock. 
  you must load up as Quick as possible so that the Next person coming down can load up too. 
**Please READ PICK UP INFO BELOW -If you Can't Pick Up, Make Arrangement with a Friend or Family Member to Pick Up for you. 
***Note- please keep in mind that any lots that's NOT pick up on schedule dates will be consider as Forfeited-NO REFUND or EXCHANGE!

A buyer’s premium of 19% will be added to the hammer price of all auctions and Tax unless you're Tax Exempt.
(Which we would need a copy of you, We will NOT be Bring any winning Lots back to your Place !
