Thank you for your interest in our spectacular estate sale! This beautifully decorated home features uniquely themed rooms, each offering a different ambiance. You’ll find traditional furniture that will enhance your holiday home, along with several living room sets, all in very good condition. A light cleaning is recommended, and we suggest using Stanley Steemer for the best results.

- **First Floor:** Five rooms filled with furniture in excellent condition, including a stunning Maitland Smith coffee table.
- **Shabby Chic Room:** Adorned with charming yellow and blue furniture, perfect for a garden room or spare bedroom, and ideal for a farmhouse-style motif.
- **Vintage Treasures:** A collection of 80s toys, including Masters of the Universe and Star Wars, along with Nintendo video games and consoles.
- **Home Goods:** An extensive collection of clothing, bedding, home decor, holiday decorations, kitchenware, dishware, and beautiful poinsettias.
- **Basement Finds:** A treasure trove of trinkets, holiday decor, Mid-Century Modern office furniture, records, and music components.

This sale is definitely worth a visit! Conveniently located across from the old Monmouth Mall, it’s easy to get to.

**Delivery Service:**
We offer third-party delivery services, with most deliveries taking place on Mondays and Tuesdays during business hours. Please be present during your scheduled delivery time. If you’re unavailable, we cannot reschedule, and no refunds will be issued as we have already compensated our clients.

**Early Birds:**
If you plan to start a sign-up list, please maintain it responsibly. If you leave the property and someone else replaces or discards the list, our staff will not intervene. It’s best to have one person manage the list while others sign it, ensuring everyone is back in time when your number is called. If you are not present when your number is called, we cannot place you at the front of the line, as it wouldn’t be fair to those who have been waiting.

**Important Reminders:**
- Please bring extra help for larger items, as we are unable to carry anything over 10 pounds.
- We will gladly assist you as long as we are not busy with other customers.
- We accept cash, credit cards, and Apple Pay during the estate sale. Note that there will be a $4 fee for all credit card transactions.
