Multi Estate Moving Sale

By attending and participating in this sale, you agree to the following:

1. Payment
• This is a Cash-Only Sale.
• All sales are final – no returns, refunds, or exchanges.

2. Entry & Personal Items
• No large bags, backpacks, or oversized purses are permitted inside the sale area.
• Small handbags and wallets are allowed, but may be subject to inspection upon entry and exit.

3. Purchasing
• Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
• We cannot “hold” or reserve items.
• Once an item is paid for, it must be removed from the property promptly.

4. Condition of Items
• All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no guarantees or warranties.
• Buyers are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase.

5. Liability
• Attendees enter at their own risk.
• The property owner(s) and sale organizers are not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property.

6. Conduct
• Please be respectful of staff, other shoppers, and the property.
• Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the sale. We are NOT kind to thieves!! You’ve been warned.
