By participating in Empire Auctioneers, all lots are sold "as is," and no refunds will be provided. By placing a bid, bidders fully accept and agree to the dispute resolution terms outlined below as their sole method for resolving any disputes with Empire Auctioneers. By placing a bid, bidders specifically waive the right to file a dispute or chargeback with any online platform, credit card provider, or third party. Should a bidder violate these dispute provisions, they agree to confess judgment for fraud against Empire Auctioneers and accept liability for all damages, losses, and costs, including legal fees. All sales are final, but if Empire Auctioneers agrees to consider an issue, they will provide specific instructions on how the matter will be resolved.
