-Preselling- We are preselling to collectors or other folks looking to pay close to fair market value for an item. Make Offers.
-Make Offers- I highly encourage anyone before the sale or who can not make it to make offers. All offers are written down and taken seriously.
-Entrance- First 12 people on the list will be allowed in first. Only 12 customers will be allowed in the home at a time.
-All items purchased As-is.
-Bring your own bags.
