Ann's Tag Sales - Franklin Lakes Santa Barbara style villa

This another wonderfully appointed home in Franklin Lakes (our third sale in as many weeks in the same town!) with gorgeous furniture, decoratives and accessories to match. The home was used for parties and entertaining and there is decor to match. Items range from California wine country style furniture to fabulous cast iron patio pieces to vintage surf boards... something for everyone!

Furniture: some custom made in Mexico then imported to be decorated with custom finish/ upholstery - think colorful!

Surfboards: our client is an avid surf board collector & he has some rare & highly collectible boards - 1970's Lightening Bolt Gerry Lopez shaped 7'6" board (restored); original 1970's lightening bolt Jackie Dunn shaped 6'7" board; 1970's Bill Barnfield shaped board for Jackie Dunn (his own personal board) 8', with his original board shorts; original Aipa stinger edge by Hannon board; newer Mark Richards "Shape Design" tri fin board, 6'2" (never used)
