We will do our best to provide caution for any tripping hazards, but it ultimately falls on the responsibility of the customer to take care and proceed with caution through the home. We are not responsible for any accidents.
- We do not allow sold stickers other than our own. If you wish to purchase an item, ask us for a sold sticker. You are then obligated to purchase that item. Do not hoard items and then “decide “ later to go “through “ those items to decide if you plan to purchase them. You have taken them out of the sale when you set them back and could cause an item to miss a sale if you decide not to buy.
- Be sure to examine all items closely and carefully before you pay for them. Remember, all items SOLD AS IS, NO REFUNDS. We do not guarantee electronic items are in working order. Please test them in advance of purchasing the item.
- Prices are not negotiable. The first day of the sale but discounts will occur over the course of the sale after the first day.
- The buyer is responsible for removal of large items purchased by two hours prior to closing on the last day of the sale unless prior arrangements have been made. Please bring your own help as we do not move any items.
- Doors will open at the publish time, not before.
- If you pick up an item and decide not to buy, please place the item back where you got it. If not, please give it to us and ask to put the item back where it belongs.
- If you break or damage an item, you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.
- Please do not bring food or drinks into the house and do not leave your trash on the premises.
- We do not honor any written sign-up list. We will provide a sign-up list one hour prior to the start of the sale.

Welcome to our three day family estate sale. An assortment of items are for sale, such as furniture, washer and dryer, small kitchen appliances, dinnerware, glass ware, antiques, clothing, lawn furniture, workout equipment, holiday decorations, and much more items include:
This sale will take place on Thursday, June 11th, Friday, June 12th and Saturday, June 13th. Doors will open at 10 AM and close at 4 PM. We accept cash only and all sales are final! Please park respectfully on the street and do not block neighboring driveways, mailboxes or fire hydrants. There will be no moving help provided there is something for everyone else.
