B&B Estate Sales Is Hosting A Sale In Haddonfield, NJ

The address will be released at 9:00 am. The list will be at the door by 9:00 am. The doors open at 10:00 am. If you want to know a general area where you should go to be close to the home, subscribe to our mailing list. Only subscribers will get an address nearby. Go to www.BBestatesalesNJ.com, scroll to the bottom, and click on subscribe. The email goes out on the Wednesday before the sale. If you subscribe after Wednesday, you will miss the information.

Due to the size of this home, we will limit the number of people in the house to 25 at a time.

No Handbags, Purses, Fanny packs, or Book bags are allowed in this sale, with no exceptions. Unfortunately, multiple people have placed items in these bags and tried leaving without paying. These are the rules. If you wish not to follow them, this sale is not for you. You can bring a reusable shopping bag that does not zip, snap, or button close, or you may bring a box. Upon exit, we reserve the right to check all reusable shopping bags and boxes.

Pre-sales are only authorized for furniture. They are sold as-is and must be picked up during the sale; they cannot be picked up before or after the sale. We do not allow private sales or tours before the sale unless you intend to buy out the entire estate (No Cherry Picking). To schedule an estate buyout, please call us. We require a $500 non-refundable deposit, which will be put towards your estate sale buyout price.

We do not guarantee the authenticity of any item. The price does not reflect the authenticity of any item. If you want to check any item's authenticity, we highly advise sending photos to someone who specializes in authenticity. All sales are as-is and final.

Cash, Card, and Venmo are accepted. A 3% fee is added for all card purchases.
