We do our best to note any significant wear to the pieces and take detailed photos to collect condition information. All items are sold "as is" "where-is", with no guarantees or warranties. NO RETURNS.
• We accept cash and credit payments only.
• No large purses, totes, boxes, or bags will be allowed in the home.
• Please bring help to load large items and furniture. All items must be removed at the close of the sale.
• We are not responsible for any accidents while you are shopping so please be careful and courteous to those around you and watch your step.
• Sign in sheet will be posted between 8:00am and 8:10am on the first day of the sale only, you must be there to sign in (no signing in for friends and family)
• NO PARKING IN DRIVEWAY - LOADING ONLY
• NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS.
