All sales are FINAL and all items are sold AS-IS.
Payment:
Payment is due no later than 3 days following the auction. A late fee may be added after 3 days to your invoice.
Shipping:
We provide a shipping service. (USPS or UPS). Insurance is optional and paid by the buyer. Hoboken Auctions is not responsible for damaged or lost packages. There is a handling fee for each lot. The handling time for in house shipping may take up to 5 weeks. Please let us know if need rushed shipping.
The buyer is responsible for re-arranging returned packages.
Items that are not packed within 30 days after the sale are subject to storage fee.
ANY PACKAGE THAT HAVEN'T BEEN PICKED UP IN 90 DAYS WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED.

The nature of the lots sold in our auctions is such that they will rarely be in perfect condition, and are likely, due to their nature and age, to show signs of wear, damage, and other imperfections, restoration or repair.
