The sale is situated on the north side of Westlake. Please note that there is no guard present at the gate. Upon arriving at the call box, dial 0085, and we will grant you access. For those planning to start a list outside the gate, entry into Westlake is restricted until 9 AM.  CUSTOMERS coming from a distance and start a list outside the gate,  I cannot control whether individuals residing inside the gate or their friends will also initiate a list.. To ensure fairness, I will permit both individuals designated as number 1 and number 2, and so on.. PLEASE remember it is your responsibility to maintain the list!!  If you start a list and drive away from the list and someone else puts another list up, you’re out of luck !!!!
Attic  to the basement will not get involved.. Thank you for your cooperation.. It’s going to be a great sale and we hope to see you!!

This sale is hosted within the Westlake adult community in Jackson, New Jersey. Please enter through the Long Bay Road gate and dial 0085 for access.

For your convenience, we offer a third-party delivery service. Most deliveries occur on Mondays and Tuesdays during regular business hours. It’s essential to ensure you are at home during these times, as rescheduling is not allowed, and refunds for purchased items are not available. If you choose to maintain a list, please keep it updated, as the basement staff cannot be responsible for any lists that have been modified or removed. We look forward to welcoming you!
