- The first person to start the entry list must remain with it. If the list is left and gets replaced or removed we will not intervene.
- Others who sign the list can step away—grab a coffee or head home for a bit—If the list is tampered with or lost, disputes must be resolved among yourselves; Attic To Basement will not intervene.
- This list is for early bird arrivals to ensure fair entry based on your position. If you arrive as a couple, both names must be on the list; two people do not count as one entry.
- Once the sale begins, simply line up outside. We’ll allow 15 people in at a time to start.
**Payment Information:**
- We accept cash and credit cards only—no Venmo or checks.
- A $4 fee applies for credit card transactions under $100, and a 4% fee for amounts over $100. No exceptions.
No large bags or large pocketbooks
You may bring Empty boxes and empty tote bags for shopping..
Please bring sufficient help for removal of large items
Third party Furniture delivery is available for a fee…
Please do not call us on sale days asking for prices…

Attic to the Basement Estate Sales is BACK! 🇺🇸
We’re kicking off an incredible last two weeks of September with a fantastic sale in The Fairways in Lakewood!
📅 THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 17 | 3 PM–6 PM
🚨 CLOSED FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 18 🚨
📅 SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 19 | 9 AM–3 PM
And trust me… this is a house you’re going to want to dig through!
We have collectibles EVERYWHERE — clothing, knickknacks, music boxes, an enormous collection of German collectibles, clocks, home décor, Lladro, holiday items, bedding, beautiful Bohemian glass, Asian décor, tons of records, loads of duck decoys and so much more.
And then there’s the garage… 👀
The garage is packed with assorted tools and boxes to pick through. Some of the tools have definitely lived a life 😂 — we’re talking pieces that appear to date from the ’60s, ’70s, ’80s and possibly the ’90s. They’re not all in perfect condition, but for those of you who LOVE digging through old garages and boxes looking for that one forgotten treasure… have at it! There’s plenty to explore.
💰 CASH & CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED
There is a fee for credit-card purchases, so cash is always best.
We provide wrapping materials and bags, but here’s a little advice from people who do this every week: bring an empty basket, reusable bag or box with you. Believe me, in this house, you’re going to need it. 😉
🚨 NOW FOR THE IMPORTANT STUFF…
The address will be posted the day before the sale, so please, please, PLEASE do not ask me 100 times for the address. 😂 I promise we’re not hiding the house forever!
This is a gated community, so I strongly recommend that you do not arrive ridiculously early. The gate may not allow anyone in before the appropriate time.
If some people happen to get through the gate earlier than others, please be considerate and fair to everyone who was unable to enter.
This is a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED SALE.
If customers choose to start a list, maintaining that list is entirely the responsibility of the customers who started it. Attic to the Basement Estate Sales does not create, manage, monitor or become involved with customer lists.

We have an INCREDIBLE final two weeks of September lined up, and somehow October is looking even better!
It’s great to be back in the USA 🇺🇸, it’s great to be back doing what we love, and we cannot wait to see all of our familiar faces — and hopefully plenty of new ones — at the sale!
