Terms and Conditions for On-Site Estate Sale

General Terms By participating in this estate sale, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

No Trespassing: Please do not enter the property before or after sale hours.
No Pricing or Inventory Information: We will not provide pricing or inventory details via phone or email before the sale begins.
No Parking in the Driveway: Please park elsewhere.
First Come, First Serve: All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
No Early Birds: Thank you for your understanding.
No Pets: Pets are not allowed at the sale.
No Food or Drinks: Please do not bring food or beverages.
No Public Restrooms: Restrooms are not available for public use.
No Large Bags or Bulky Jackets: Please leave large bags, backpacks, and bulky jackets in your car. Empty shopping bags are allowed.
Bag Inspection: We reserve the right to inspect all shopping bags before you leave the sale.
Be Mindful and Courteous: Please be considerate of our neighbors and respect their property.
Service Refusal: Curated Estates reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
Payment Terms
We accept CASH, VENMO, and Zelle.
All purchases must be paid in full on the day of the sale.
Items cannot be removed from the premises until full payment is received.
All sales are final—no refunds will be given.
Item Removal
Bring boxes or empty bags, and wrapping paper or newspaper for fragile items like glassware, china, and ceramics.
All items are sold "as is" with no guarantees or warranties.
Bring Your Own Help: Please bring your own assistance for moving furniture.
Bring Trucks: For large items such as cabinets, chairs, chests of drawers, beds, dining tables, and buffet servers.
Furniture Removal: Large furniture items cannot be removed during the sale. Furniture appointments can be scheduled at checkout but must be picked up by Sunday, September 8th. Delivery is available for an additional fee.
Item Condition and Descriptions
All items are sold "as is."
Curated Estates is not responsible for any discrepancies or inaccuracies in item descriptions.
If you break it, you buy it.
Liability
Curated Estates, Willow Transitions, Willow Auction House, the homeowner, and helpers are not liable for any accidents or injuries on the property.
Attendees assume all risks associated with the estate sale.
Privacy and Data
Personal information collected during registration will be used only for the estate sale and to market future sales by Willow Transitions, Willow Auction House, and Curated Estates. It will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
Amendments and Severability
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced before the sale begins.
