No prices will be given before the sale, no pre sales, or phone sales to be fair to everyone.
There will be NO public restrooms.
Any higher priced items can have an offer left on them, and highest offer at close of sale if not sold will go to the highest bidder.
We nor are the homeowner responsible for any accidents, so please be careful. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK.
A sign up sheet for the sale will be placed outside by the front door at 6:00 P.M. the evening before the sale.

This weeks sale in Manasquan is awesome!!! Not only do we have the house contents we are also emptying 3 storage units back into the house that have been stored for years!!! We are still setting up so more pics will be added! We have an array of cut glass, crystal, Waterford, orefors, silverplated items, antique furniture, pictures, many books in the library, electric scooter bike, surf boards, outdoor furniture, BBQ grills, electric lawn mower, dining furniture, knick knacks, bedroom sets, clothing/purses/ shoes, costume jewelry, small kitchen appliances, vacuums, carpet shampooer, bicycles, tools, holiday decor, tons of glassware, shore related items. We will also have a 2001 Mazda Miata special edition with 77,000 miles. Car runs strong but clutch going to floor from sitting idle in garage. Super clean and neat little toy!
