Thank you for your interest in our extraordinary "Decorate to Your Heart's Content" Estate Sale! This event promises to have everything you need to enhance your home for every season—fall, winter, spring, and summer. We truly have it all!

While it’s challenging to convey the full extent of our offerings in words, I assure you that the images only scratch the surface of what awaits you. Among the highlights are brand new items still in their boxes, including a spot cleaner and a brand new outdoor gazebo. 

Our patio is beautifully adorned with elegant white wicker furniture, complemented by a variety of stunning accent pieces and decorations. Additionally, we feature a vast collection of custom jewelry and clothing in sizes extra-large and extra-extra-large. You'll find an array of fun items, including QVC purchases from Quaker Factory, with many outfits in excellent condition and barely used.

This is a sale you won't want to miss! It may be a bit further down than our usual events, but it's definitely worth the trip down. We look forward to seeing you there!

We accept both cash and credit cards—no exceptions. Please note that this is a cash-and-carry sale; we do not permit exchanges, returns, or credits under any circumstances. Ensure you carefully inspect your items before leaving, as we cannot be held liable for any damages incurred once you exit the house. If you take an item with you, it is considered purchased—no exceptions. Additionally, we cannot guarantee the availability of any items left behind; we will not provide refunds for such instances.

We recommend bringing assistance for larger items that you may struggle to carry. Our team at Attic to the Basement will gladly help if we are not occupied with other customers, but please note that assistance is limited to items weighing 10 pounds or less. 

We also offer a third-party delivery service for a fee. The cost for delivering a full bedroom or living room set typically starts at $300, depending on your location and whether there are stairs involved. Deliveries generally occur on Mondays and Tuesdays during business hours. It is essential that you are present at the scheduled delivery time; if you are not, we will not arrange a second delivery, and no refunds will be issued for the purchases.
