The dining room features a stunning antique kit of mahogany furniture, consisting of a table with six chairs and two additional leaves. It also boasts a mahogany Baker demilune cabinet, a beautiful chest of drawers for your flatware, and an antique curio cabinet. Additionally, the dining room showcases an impressive collection of porcelain antique teacups, sterling silver candlesticks, fine china sets, and tasteful home décor.

In the living room, you'll find an incredible assortment of sterling silver items, including Rose Medallion pieces, trinket boxes, a beautiful Gibson electric mandolin guitar, and a Ludwig banjo. The space also features a collection of antique pocketbooks, vintage fans, and porcelain collectibles, alongside serving pieces from prestigious brands like Tiffany and Villeroy & Boch.

The living room further includes a selection of antique salt glaze pottery, antique Windsor chairs, Mid-Century Modern style furniture, a sewing machine cabinet and bench, a coffee table, a diverse book collection, and assorted home décor and wall art.

The basement is brimming with Christmas serving items, including selections from Tiffany and Fitz and Floyd, as well as other collectibles perfect for the holiday season. You'll also discover various furniture pieces, bookshelves, a circular kitchen table, sofa tables, accent items, and a book collection. Notably, it houses a signed collection of duck decoys and a 20th-century Dow Jones ticker tape machine, along with a wooden dollhouse complete with all its furniture.

We proudly offer a beautiful collection of assorted flatware, featuring six sterling silver spoons and twelve matching forks from Tiffany & Company, as well as several plated serving pieces.

We encourage early arrivals to create a list; however, please remember that it is your responsibility to manage this list, as we will not intervene if it is removed or replaced. The driveway is designated for pick-up only, and we kindly request that you refrain from parking there for any other purpose, except for handicapped passengers.

For your convenience, we provide a third-party delivery service for a fee, with deliveries typically scheduled on Mondays and Tuesdays during business hours. It is crucial that you are present during your designated delivery time; if you are unavailable, no refunds will be issued, and there will be no second delivery attempts. Please be cautious with your purchases, as we cannot be held responsible for any items left behind, and refunds or credits will not be granted.

For larger items, we recommend bringing assistance for removal. Our staff is available to help with items weighing 15 pounds or less, provided we are not busy. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you on Saturday morning for this fantastic sale that you won’t want to miss!
