1. All Sales Are Final
No returns, refunds, or exchanges. All items are sold as is, where is.
2. Cash & Credit Cards Accepted
We accept cash and credit cards (with valid ID). No checks, please.
3. Bring Help and Tools to Load Items
Buyers are responsible for removing their own purchases. Staff is not available to assist with lifting, loading, or disassembly. Please bring your own tools and help if needed.
4. No Large Bags or Purses
Large bags, backpacks, or oversized purses are not permitted inside the home.
5. Entry Limit: 10–12 People at a Time
For the safety and comfort of all shoppers, entry will be limited to 10–12 people inside the home at any one time.
6. Respect the Property
Please be respectful of the home, other shoppers, and all posted signage.
7. Pricing
Pricing will be more negotiable on the second day. Discounts may be offered.
8. No Early Birds
No one will be admitted before the advertised start time.
9. Hold Policy
Items may be held temporarily at staff discretion but must be paid for within a specified time.
10. We Reserve the Right to Refuse Entry or Service
Disruptive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
