Thank you for your interest in our Monroe Estate Sale. This event features a home filled with exquisite furniture at exceptional prices. Additionally, we have a wide selection of stylish designer clothing, including vintage Oleg Cassini dresses in medium sizes, along with shoes available in sizes 8 and 8.5.

The sale officially begins at 9 AM on Saturday morning. Please refer to the parking instructions for the entry code required for both Saturday and Sunday, as this is a 55 and older community, and you will need the code to access the gate.

A third-party delivery service is available for a fee. It is important to be present during your scheduled delivery time; otherwise, no additional delivery options will be provided, and refunds will not be issued for items purchased at the estate sale. This sale operates on a first-come, first-served basis. We look forward to seeing you there!
