These Terms and Conditions govern all sales and transactions. By participating in any sale, buyers agree to the following terms:
1. Payment Terms
1.1 Accepted Forms of Payment
• Cash payments are accepted.
• Checks are accepted with valid identification.
• Credit and debit cards accepted: MasterCard (MC), Visa, American Express (Amex), and Discover.
1.2 Buyer’s Premium
• A 12% buyer’s premium will be added to the final sale price of all items purchased.
1.3 Payment Deadlines
• All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. Failure to provide timely payment may result in the cancellation of the sale and forfeiture of items.
1.4 Check Policy
• Checks will only be accepted with proper government-issued photo identification.
• Returned or dishonored checks will incur a fee of $150.00, and buyers may be subject to legal action for non-payment.
2. Sale Policies
2.1 Final Sale
• All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be granted unless otherwise stated in writing.
2.2 Inspection
• Buyers are encouraged to inspect all items prior to purchase. The seller makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the condition, authenticity, or merchantability of any item.
2.3 Buyer’s Responsibility
• The buyer assumes full responsibility for all items purchased at the time of sale. The seller is not liable for lost or damaged items after the transaction is completed.
3. Credit Card Transactions
3.1 Authorization
• By using a credit or debit card, the buyer authorizes the seller to process the transaction for the agreed-upon amount, including the buyer’s premium.
3.2 Disputes
• Any credit card disputes or chargebacks must be resolved between the buyer and their card issuer. The seller reserves the right to pursue legal action for disputed payments deemed unjustified.
4. Disclaimers and Limitations
4.1 Right to Refuse Service
• The seller reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
4.2 Errors and Omissions
• The seller is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions in descriptions of items.
5. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Jersey. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of New Jersey.
By completing a transaction, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
