COLLECTING PROPERTY AFTER SUCCESSFUL BID
Pick-up will be in Morristown, NJ from February 24 - March 7, 2025, 9:30 am-3:30 pm EST only.
In order for a timely collection of items you have successfully won at auction, you or your authorized shipper must call to make an appointment at (973) 425-1550 or email info@themagnussongroup.com a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
IF YOU DO NOT SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE YOUR PROPERTY WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR COLLECTION.
Please do not bid if you or an authorized third party/shipper are unable to collect the items during that time. Lots left unclaimed after March 7, 2025, will incur a fee of $5 per day/per lot for storage. Lots left unclaimed 30 days after the auction closes (February 19, 2025) will be considered abandoned at the buyer's expense, relocated, and disposed of. No refunds will be given for unclaimed lots.

If you are unable to personally collect your property from our auction location within the given pickup time, you will need to coordinate shipping with a third-party shipper. Condition reports should be viewed only as the opinion of the specialist and not as matters of fact. Magnusson Art Group strongly suggests you review/request a condition report on each item you intend to place a bid on, and that you use the previews available (by appointment) to inspect the items yourself before bidding. Email info@TheMagnussonGroup.com to request a condition report no later than 48 hours before the auction closes.
PAYMENT METHODS
Magnusson Art Group encourages all winning bidders to complete their transactions through LivePayments (LiveAuctioneers Payment Processing Platform). ALL CREDIT CARD transactions will incur a flat processing fee (~3.8%) to your order total. This processing fee is collected by LiveAuctioneers and goes directly to them; IT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. To AVOID the processing fee, please message us IMMEDIATELY after the auction closes and pay with a bank wire/ACH transfer, money order, bank check, or cash. Please add $35 when paying via bank wire/ACH transfer to cover the wire fee.
PAYMENT IN FULL
Please note that Magnuson Art Group must receive full payment, with funds cleared (2-4 business days after check payment is deposited) before any property is collected OR SHIPPED by the winning bidder or their authorized third-party/shipper. Winning bidders who pay through LivePayments will have their items shipped first (if using in-house shipping).
PHOTO IDENTIFICATION
If you are collecting property in person, please be prepared to provide photo identification.
If you are authorizing a third-party shipper to collect on your behalf, this authorization must be provided in writing in advance and from the email account associated with the winning bid. For authorized third parties, their name must be provided. For authorized shippers, the name of the company must be provided. If a third-party shipper is collecting on your behalf, we recommend that you be available via phone or email during the collection window if any issues arise.
