BUYER RESPONSIBILITY

1. Disclaimer of Authenticity Documentation

The Auctioneer does not warrant, guarantee, or provide
any documentation, certificates, or other evidence of
authenticity for any items listed, displayed, or sold through
this online auction platform. All items are sold "AS IS"
and "WITH ALL FAULTS" without any representations
or warranties, express or implied, as to authenticity,
provenance, origin, age, condition, or value. The
descriptions provided are for identification purposes only
and do not constitute any warranty or guarantee of
authenticity.

B. Buyer Responsibility for Verification

By participating in this online auction, Buyer
acknowledges and agrees that it is solely the Buyer's
responsibility to verify the authenticity, condition, and
value of any item prior to bidding. Buyer assumes all
responsibility for conducting due diligence, including
but not limited to obtaining independent
authentication, appraisals, or other verification of any
item's authenticity, provenance, condition, or value.
Buyer's failure to conduct such verification shall not
serve as grounds for any refund, credit, adjustment, or
rescission of any sale.

3. No Reliance on Auctioneer Representations

Buyer acknowledges that any descriptions, photographs,
or statements made by the Auctioneer regarding any item,
including but not limited to statements concerning
authenticity, provenance, origin, age, condition, or value,
are opinions only and should not be relied upon as
statements of fact. Buyer agrees that the Auctioneer shall
not be liable for any errors, omissions, or
misrepresentations in such descriptions.

4. Waiver and Release

By placing a bid, Buyer expressly waives and releases
any claims against the Auctioneer arising from or
related to the authenticity, provenance, or condition of
any item purchased through this online auction. Buyer
hereby waives any right to seek damages, refunds, or
other remedies based on allegations that an item is not
authentic or does not match its description.

5. Indemnification

Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the
Auctioneer, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and
representatives from and against any and all claims,
damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including
reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to any
dispute regarding the authenticity, provenance, or
condition of any item purchased by Buyer.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey,
without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law
provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this
agreement or any transaction conducted through this
online auction platform shall be resolved exclusively in the
state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and the
parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such
courts.
