This is a professional sound studio that is vacating the space everything must go packed from floor to ceiling. I am a professional 3 time Emmy wining Foley artist AND MEMBER OF THE MOTION PICTURE ACADEMY 40 plus years retiring. The studio is full of props that I used to make sound for major motion pictures. All items can come with a letter signed by me attesting to the use of the item and what movie the item was used in. I am on IMDb here is the link Marko A. Costanzo - IMDb. Well over 600 movie credits and yes 3 time emmy winner and more Golden Reel awards than I can count. I also have many professional electronic items and cables speakers amps mics mixer boards posters signed from many of the movies I worked on.
