TERMS AND CONDITIONS UPDATE:
Please Read Before Bidding! This is an online only sale. All sales incur a 20% buyer's premium fee. Invoices will be generated by live auctioneers and your credit card on file will be charged automatically after invoice is created. If you pay your invoice after the 72 hour (3 day) deadline, your item may not ship for twenty (20) business days. After 10 days of non-payment, the contract between the buyer & seller would be forfeited. The Buyer will have a dispute opened against them with Live auctioneers. Disputes never go away on your account even if you complete the transaction after the fact for all auction houses to see! Once the item is paid, we will pack it and send you an invoice for shipping through Live Auctioneers. Shipping will be USPS, and include the actual cost, plus insurance and a $10 handling fee per lot (Please read shipping details before bidding).
Pick-Ups: ALL PICK-UPS ARE TO BE SCHEDULED WITH LEE FOX DIRECTLY VIA PHONE, EMAIL, OR LIVE AUCTIONEER MESSENGER.
Saturday, Monday & Tuesday (No Sunday Pick Ups) IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE SALE (4/12, 4/14, & 4/15) will be THE ONLY PICK UP DATES. If you DO NOT schedule a day and time, DO NOT SHOW UP UNANNOUNCED. YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN PACKING MATERIAL. If you cannot make your appointment time, just contact LEE FOX directly to reschedule. All items must be out by Tuesday, April 15, 2025 or they will be automatically given to the USPS store to be packed and shipped to you at your cost (PLEASE READ SHIPPING TERMS). All items left after Monday will incur a $10 a day storage fee that must be paid before any items are released.
There are 3 days scheduled for pick up, Saturday (NO SUNDAY), Monday & Tuesday at our office location: 670 Delsea Drive, Pitman, NJ
Pick-up times are 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
