WE CAN ARRANGE FOR DELIVERY OF MERCHANDISE FOR A FEE. ..RAIN OR SHIN...NO HANDBAGS/OUTSIDE BAGS, NO BATHROOM PRIVELAGES AT OWNERS REQUEST...NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYONE SLIPPING OR FALLING INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF THE SALE....VRY IMPORTANT...This Estate is Located on a dead end street no Parking on the road. We are asking everybody to park their cars snug to the side of the road on one side and not in front of anybodies driveway or on their lawns. Also not at the dead end and not in the beginning of the road people need to be able to turn around at dead end and be ablebto drive down the road to get back to the main road. DRIVEWAY IS FOR PICKUP ONLY...Sunday is pickup Day.. We will have someone outside directing traffic. Carpool if possible or park on another road and walk to sale.
