Terms and Conditions for Estate Sale:
1. Agreement to Terms: By participating in the estate sale as a buyer, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

2. Sale Format: The estate sale will follow a predetermined format wherein items will be offered for sale on an "as-is" basis. Buyers are responsible for inspecting the items thoroughly before making a purchase. Subsequently; all sales are final.

3. Pricing: All items will be priced as marked, and the prices are negotiable. Buyers are expected to pay the listed price for each item they wish to purchase. However, Luxe Estate Liquidators reserves the right to offer deals & incentives during the sale period or offer additional discounts wherever applicable at their sole discretion.

4. Payment: Buyers must pay for their purchases in full at the time of sale. Cash is the only accepted form of payment. Any purchase made greater than $1,000.00 may be paid in the form of a certified check or personal check and items purchased will not be permitted to leave the premises until the check supplied has been cleared by the bank first.

5. Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be added to the total purchase price of each item, as required by law.

6. Hold and Reserve Policy: We do not hold or reserve any items for buyers. Items will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

7. Removal of Purchased Items: Buyers are responsible for removing their purchased items from the premises. It is recommended to bring appropriate transportation and necessary assistance for large or heavy items. Additionally, Luxe Estate Liquidator employees will be on premises and available for hire to assist in the removal of items from the residence or provide end to end delivery services for an additional fee.

8. Item Condition and No Returns: All items are sold in their current condition, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Buyers are responsible for assessing the condition of items before making a purchase.

9. Liability and Safety: The estate sale organizers and property owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damage that may occur during the sale. Buyers agree to enter the premises at their own risk.

10. Dispute Resolution: In the event of any disputes between buyers and estate sale organizers, both parties agree to resolve the matter in accordance with applicable laws.

11. Changes and Cancellations: The estate sale organizers reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions, sale dates, or cancel the sale at their discretion. Any changes or cancellations will be communicated through appropriate channels.
