Cash only. No holds without non refundable cash deposit. With the deposit we hold one hour and if you stand me up your deposit is forfeit and the items is again up for sale 61 minutes after you leave. All items must be paid in full before you move them. Please bring a friend to help load heavy and / or bulky items. Large items require large vehicles to transport them. No, a Smart Car will not accommodate an Adirondack rustic armchair. We have a dolly to move the cast iron garden urns to your car.

Please leave pocketbooks and briefcases in your vehicle.

No pets please. We don't want little Floopsy expressing his liquid opinion of the furniture, blow molds, staff or sale attendees! We don't want your pet to leave a deposit on the place as the property is not for sale. Floopsy can stay in your car with windows down a couple of inches. Thank you for your help in this matter.

If you aren't keen on sales please drop your passenger and go to The Pit Stop or Bardi's in Pequannock or Tavern 5 in Pompton Plains to pass the time pleasantly while your partner shops in a leisurely fashion. They all serve great food.

Sale of 96 Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas blow molds, cast iron garden urns, Adirondack Rustic pairs and a single arm chairs, side / end tables and a loveseat, lots of old garden hand tools (Many from the historic Ryerson homestead in Wayne), china, glass, bric a brac,  set of four framed tiny ballet prints from the 1950s (very mid century!), lots of framed art.

 

Ten HEAVY cast iron garden urns both pairs and singles.  Sets of cast iron and aluminum outdoor furniture.   Restored park benches in black iron with jelly bean green wood slats are $185. each,
