IMPORTANT SALE TERMS – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Entry & List Policy:

• On the first day of the sale, a list will be available at the front door before opening.

• If an attendee has already started a list, we will honor it.

• A maximum of 10 people will be allowed inside at one time.

Bag Policy:

• Handbags and backpacks are NOT permitted at the sale.

• Buyers may only bring wallets and empty boxes.

• Large bags will not be allowed inside.

• Please bring wrapping materials and boxes but keep them in your car until checkout.

Liability Disclaimer:

• We are not liable for any accidents or injuries occurring inside the property.

• We are not responsible for auto accidents or parking-related issues near or at our sale.

Sales & Payments:

• No refunds, no exchanges.

• All items are sold "AS IS."

• Prices will not be disclosed before the sale.

• No public restrooms available.

• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

• We accept cash and credit cards for all purchases.

• A 3% surcharge applies to credit card transactions.

Furniture Buyers must bring tools, any equipment needed and help to move the furniture ! If you arrive without help, furniture removal will not be allowed for safety reasons and to prevent damage to the property.
