EVERYTHING MUST GO, Most everything in the house is for sale. This is a cash only sale. We are not responsible for accidents on the property. All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges, and all items are sold as is with no guarantee. Masks are optional. You may start an entrance list on the first day of the sale. We will open sharply at 9 AM. . If you want to start a list early on the first day leave it on your car windshield for others to sign park only on clover lane at about 830 you can bring over the list and walk up the stairs to the house,take a picture with date and time stamp, and make that list available to all that come. You cannot make a list the day before the sale. I will not honor a day before list. This is a packed house
and we will be opening the whole house on Thursday,so I will only be letting in 10 or 12 to start , We will open the whole house basement and garage which are a packed treasure trove of all kind of items.We will do our very best to get everyone inside in a safe and timely manner. We always start on time .Street parking is pretty good for this sale but only on Terrill Lane its on a winding street, you will be able to pull into the driveway for pick ups if necessary. PLEASE do not block driveways or mailboxes . There will be no bags allowed into the sale, we will be giving you boxes and trays and tubs for your shopping convenience. This sale is FRIDAY, SATURDAY . We open at 9 am and close at 3 pm. Great sale don't miss this one.
