Tag Sale Terms and Conditions

Welcome to our sale! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review the following terms and conditions. By enterting the premises, you agree to abide by these rules.

1. Liability and Entry

*Enter at your own risk: You are entering this property at your own risk. The homeowner(s) is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur on the property, inside or outside the home.

* Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone for any reason. Disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the premises.

* Bags and Belongings: Large bags, backpacks, and oversized purses are not permitted in the home. Please leave them in your locked vehicle.

2. Sales and Payment

* "As is"/All sales are Final: All items are sold exactly as they are. There are no warranties, no guarantees, no refunds, and no exchanges. It is your responsibility to inspect before purchasing.

*Payment Methods Accepted: We accept cash, venmo and zelle.

*No Personal Checks

3. Moving and Transporting

*Buyer Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the dissembling, carrying and loading of your purchased items. We cannot assist you with heavy lifting and loading. Please be prepared if you will require any necessary help or tools.

*Pick-up deadlines: all purchased items must be removed from the property by 3 pm on the final day of the sale July 12. Items left behind after this will be considered abandoned and forfeited without a refund.

*Damage to Property: Buyers are financially responsible for any damage caused to the home or property while moving purchased items.

General Sale Rules

*Holding Items: You may place items in our designated "HOLD AREA" while you continue to shop, however, items in the hold area are considered a commitment to buy. Please do not place things in that area unless you intend to purchase them.

*No early sales/Previews: We do not allow early entry or pre-sales. Doors will only open as advertised.

*Changes to inventory: The homeowner reserves the right to pull items from the sale prior to opening.
