Thank you for attending our estate sale! We want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable shopping experience. By entering the property and/or purchasing an item, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All merchandise is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing.

No refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits will be issued.

PAYMENT

We accept cash and approved electronic/payment methods as posted at the sale.

All merchandise must be paid in full before it is removed from the property.

PRICING & NEGOTIATIONS

Prices are determined by the estate sale company. Reasonable offers may be considered at our discretion.

Please do not remove, alter, switch, or tamper with price tags. Items with missing or altered price tags will be held for review and may be removed from the sale.

FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED

Unless otherwise announced, merchandise is sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Placing an item in a pile, moving it to another area, or verbally stating an intention to purchase it does not constitute a completed sale.

An item is considered sold only when the estate sale staff has confirmed the purchase and required payment has been made.

NO HOLDS

Items will not be held without payment unless specifically approved by estate sale management.

Paid merchandise must be picked up by the agreed-upon deadline. Items not removed by that deadline may be considered abandoned, subject to applicable law, unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

LARGE ITEMS & PICKUP

Buyers are responsible for the removal, loading, transportation, and securing of all purchased merchandise.

Please bring appropriate help, tools, vehicles, packing materials, and equipment for large or heavy purchases.

Estate sale staff are not responsible for moving, loading, dismantling, or transporting merchandise unless specifically agreed upon.

Buyers are responsible for any damage they or their movers cause to the property while removing purchases.

TOOLS, EQUIPMENT & ELECTRONICS

Tools, machinery, appliances, electronics, and other equipment are sold AS IS.

Buyers are responsible for inspecting merchandise and determining its condition, completeness, suitability, and safe operation before purchase.

Do not plug in, start, operate, test, or dismantle tools, machinery, or equipment without permission from estate sale staff.

SAFETY & PROPERTY ACCESS

Please use caution while walking throughout the property, including stairs, garages, basements, driveways, yards, and other areas.

Certain rooms or areas may be marked PRIVATE, NO ENTRY, or otherwise restricted. Customers must remain within designated sale areas.

For everyone's safety, children must remain under the direct supervision of a responsible adult.

PERSONAL PROPERTY

Please keep your personal belongings with you. The homeowner, estate, and estate sale company are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or unattended personal property to the extent permitted by law.

ENTRY & CONDUCT

We reserve the right to control admission to the sale and to refuse service or require anyone engaging in unsafe, disruptive, threatening, destructive, or inappropriate conduct to leave the property, subject to applicable law.

Theft, intentional property damage, price-tag switching, or other suspected unlawful activity may be reported to law enforcement.

ANNOUNCEMENTS & CORRECTIONS

Descriptions, photographs, measurements, dates, brands, model information, and other information provided in advertisements or online listings are offered as a convenience and are not guaranteed.

In-person announcements or corrections made by estate sale management may supersede previously published information.

FINAL PURCHASE DECISION

It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect merchandise and verify that an item meets their needs before purchasing.

All sales are final. No refunds. No returns. No exchanges.
