Cash only; No public restrooms. No food nor exceptions. Small children must be held by the hand. All sales are final. No returns, no exceptions. A non-refundable deposit will hold an item for a reasonable amount of time if the purchaser needs to leave to get cash. Bring help to load large items; no lifters available. Items can be picked up at a later date at the convenience of the liquidator ; they must, however, be paid for in full in advance (non-refundable). The homeowner or agents are not responsible for accidents. This is a private sale and we reserve the right to refuse admission to any and all who are not conducting themselves in an orderly fashion.. . Do not park in the driveway. Please observe all parking regulations. If you feel more secure wearing a mask, by all means do so . If you don't have one, we will provide one. We will honor a Friday morning customer list only. Don't sign the list, then leave & return at 10:00 AM, and walk to the head of the line . This will definitely earn you an ejection. The driveway is for pick ups only. I will have wrapping paper and bags.
Entrance will be through the side door, via the driveway. Do not ring the doorbell. Please be respectful of the neighbors' driveways and properties. Keep checking the sight for changes . We will monitor the weather over the long range and if need be, adjust the days of the sale should there be an imminent warning of severe cold or snow.
