Welcome to another Four Corners Estate Sale!

This is a large sale, the rooms are full, if your nervous in crowded spaces, possibly get there after 8 rather than when the line first goes in.  

BRING TOTE BAGS to carry to tables from upstairs, We will have help to carry but unless it's a bigger item, you might have to carry it down.

There is some very nice furniture in this house, PLEASE bring help to carry it out. My grandson and friends cannot carry furniture downstairs alone we will need your help. Thank you,

So many things, hard to know where to begin lol There are some super nice things in this home, Kathy was an avid Crafter, and Artist. There is lots of Kathy's original art in this sale.

There is a TON of Jewelry! Also there is a chair stair lift that was taken down so people could get upstairs for this sale, it was working great prior to that.

She spun,  there are 2 spinning wheels and lots of accessories, winders ect. She also made beautiful rugs, we thought they were Navajo when we first saw them, they are that good, but she has signed them. There is a "looks like new" Rug loom. For all you spinners and weavers this sale is for you. She was also an accomplished potter, we sold the kilns pre sale but there is still LOTS of Pottery clay for sale.

There are 4 bedrooms and a craft studio, The house is split, 2 separate stairways , one to the bedrooms, 1 to the studio. keep that in mind when going through the house.

There is a large kitchen area and it is CHOCKED full, as you will see in the pictures . There are 2 really nice leather and metal barstools in the kitchen, right off the kitchen there is a dining area, with a dining room table and chairs and a very nice china closet. We have staged the antique CROCKS and ANTIQUE COPPER things in that area also, Kathy's rugs are on the wall also, right next to that we have a table of the "prairie green"  Frankoma dinnerware with extra pieces, it is REALLY nice! 

Also in that area is a Vintage MARTIN Guitar I think its a DM Mahoghany Dreadnought Excellent condition with the case.

We even have a saddle & a brand new in the box icemaker!

In the living room, there are Lots of tables of really nice things, We have a 4 sided RAILROAD LIGHT, excellent condition, and old biscuit advertising display box, the loom is there also, as are 2 lamps with copper shades. Against the back wall is a AWESOME metal ROOM DIVIDER, it is very heavy and when it was set up it looked really nice, in the living room there is  another gorgeous room divider this one has an oriental feel to it, there is a wood TV stand, a TV and a very nice wall unit. LOT and LOTS of smalls in this room,  There are 2 German Bibles, one from 1850 and 1 from 1859 very good condition, there is a love seat and a recliner, too. 

There is a bedroom downstairs off the living room by the stairs, that is actually behind the front door if that door stays open it will be hard to see, but make the effort not to miss that room. There are NINE handmade quilts, a beautiful bedroom set, the bed is a BEAUTY REST ELECTRIC BED, that works great!! I think it's a queen bed, 2 nightstands, a dresser  mirror combo, and a dresser armoire combo, a box of VERY old dolls, lots of linens, and than there is the walk in closet full of vintage clothes, purses, shoes, HATS! There is a full size doctor type scale and a standing jewelry box not to mention lots of bathroom things!

When you come in the front door there is stairs directly in front of you, those lead to 3 more bedrooms full of furniture. a SUPER SUPER nice bedroom set in the master and a really nice bed with really nice metal headboard and foot board. I think that one is  a full, be your own judge. There are 2 leather & wood bucket chairs, these were specialty chairs back in the day and in excellent condition. There is a bunch of furniture up there also a HUGE Easel, a nice vintage bench, sewing machine and sewing things. 

Back downstairs if you go back through the kitchen, down the hall toward the garage, to the right is another staircase, ATTENTION ARTISTS! There is a TON of ARTIST SUPPLIES up there. That is also where the spinning wheels and spinning things are. 

Now you can't see them because of all the stuff we have piled on them, but there are a few VERY NICE MODERN DESKS, if you ever go in staples you know how much the office stuff is there, there is also 3 office chairs in the artist room. 

We had so many left over totes and plastic storage bins we are selling them in his sale and there are A LOT of them! There is also computer items, monitors, lots of yarn, really nice suitcases, file cabinets, and lots more!

Onto the garage, also chocked full. Something that shouldn't be overlooked is a vintage portable Compaq computer. Every single one sells for 250-400 on Ebay...Sells not asking.. I don't have it marked close to that but if your a techie don't pass that up. 

There are lots of tools, pottery, the pottery clay, Christmas, gardening, and what appears to be a new large telescope, a FISH TV too!  There is a large upright freezer that works great! Outside on the side patio we have BOOKS, LOT of nice books, Fishing things a BIG outdoor resin or poly large storage unit, more totes, and a Schwin  Bike in great condition, walk to the back patio, there is a BIG  Chimnea, SUPER NICE PATIO furniture, a BIG patio swing a metal table chair set, Lots of plastic ware. some flower pots etc. 

I know we are heading into winter, but spring will come again, Don't pass up these really nice patio. lawn things, They cost a ton in the spring for new ones

Finally we end up on the front patio. A really nice cushioned patio set that looks good enough to be a living room set, A TURTLE TABLE! (my favorite) some yard art, and down the steps next to the driveway is a bunch of VERY COOL YARD ART! Statues, windspinners etc, I'm sure I missed some good stuff,  but don't you! This is a great sale!
