Welcome to another Four Corners Estate Sale! This is the Estate of Kenneth Mayo

This house is so packed we once again had to use the patio and garage to stage things! 

There are lots of smalls including a brand new Apple computer still in the box! 

As usually a whole kitchen full of goodies, There is also a refrigerated wine cooler that works great. 

We have a nice dining room set with 6 chairs, we also have 6 chairs that are really in great condition that do not have a table. 

There are 2 king size beds, both with headboards, in the master there is a retro Mauve (yes mauve) dresser and night stand, along with a large dresser, and 2 bookcases. There is also a large screen Samsung Tv with a sound bar and speakers. It does not look old, it looks like a nice one, There is also another large Samsung in the dining room, and a smaller TV in the den. We have the remotes. There are a couple more bookcases down in the den and a storage cabinet full of DVDs! There are literally hundreds of dvds throughout this house! I'm pricing them to sell at $2.00 each so stock up! Lots of boxes of VHS out in the garage we are selling by the box full. 

In the office, we have sewing, 3 sewing machines and a couple of signed Dale Ernhart pictures.

Out in the garage is a black leatherette 4 piece sectional in great condition, A gorgeous tall antique marble top vanity. EX condition!  There is a retro Black Lacquered dresser, a chest of draws and a night stand all sold separate

There are lots of electronics and really good Sony speakers from small to really large. 

There is a very cool Mid Century moving waterfall pictures that works good, 

Lots and lots of men's and ladies' clothes in large sizes, There are really cool old tee-shirts too.

Christmas follows us around I think lol. There is an entire room of Christmas.really nice Christmas, a whole Christmas village! Lots more bigger Christmas out on the back patio.

Back out in the garage there is a washer and dryer and and a sears craftsman Radial arm saw with stand. 

walk a few feet outside to the shop and it is loaded with tools, another Delta radial arm saw, lots of power tools, a LARGE black metal storage cabinet , a really nice dog playpen brand new .

Out on the patio, there is lots of nice metal wrong iron furniture , nice plant stands a couple of grills, . 

In the yard there are yard tools and the coolest metal yard art horse. 

Over along the fence there is a mower and other yard stuff. 

This is a really nice sale. Something for everyone!
