This will be a great sale in a small home. Owner had a modest house, but bought the best of everything. We do have a ramp for those who need it.

Please be aware that parking is tight. Be a good estate-sale shopper and do not block anyone’s driveway or a fire hydrant. We will have an area for you to pick up large items.
